The wire pay-off vehicle for overhead line system is without running power but with generator set installed. The vehicle is designed for the construction work, including the wire pay-off, installation, adjustment, inspection and maintenance, for the upper overhead line system during power off period located in rail depot, parking yard and main line. There are lift-and-turn working platform and three sets of pay-off devices assembled on the vehicle.
